YOUR ORDER:
Can I use more than one coupon code?
- Coupons can only be used once per order. Coupon codes cannot be applied during a sale.
Can I cancel my order?
- To cancel an order please contact us within the first 2 hours of placing the order. For any order inquiries please email us with your order number and inquiry.
What do I do if I placed an order and have not received a confirmation email?
- As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. You will receive a second email once your order has been completed, with shipping details. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder. Contact us if you cannot find your confirmation email.
Can I change my order?
- Any changes to an order must be done within the first 2 hours of placing your order. Contact LillyGemsCreations@gmail.com for change inquiries. Please note: We are not able to add items to an existing order, but we can do our best to combine orders to ship together.
How soon will my order be shipped?
- Our standard shipping policy. All orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days after the order has been placed.
- Please UPGRADE to trackable shipping if you wish to track your item every step of the way. *We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
- At the moment orders can only be shipped in Canada.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my package yet, who should I contact?
- If you receive a delivery notification but your package hasn’t arrived at your door, don’t worry, oftentimes the package will show up within the next 24 hours. For more information visit our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Refunds:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- At this time we do not accept returns, however you can always contact us for any issue or question
Are you taking any custom orders?
- We're currently unable to accept custom-designed orders.
What if my bracelet is too tight?
- I can send you an extra bead or two and a piece of elastic string, but you will have to pay for shipping.
What if I want more than what is listed on your website?
- We are a small business, so we have limited quantities. Please email us if you'd like more than what is listed on our website.
